This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit book.willpowerfitnessfactory.com or book a session with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information that you provide directly to us when booking a session:

• Contact information — first name, last name, phone number, and email address
• Session details — the date, time, and type of session you book, your fitness goal (optional), and any notes you share with William
• Booking history — your confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations

We also automatically collect basic analytics data when you visit our site (pages viewed, device type, referring source) through Google Analytics. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you individually.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Confirm, remind you about, reschedule, or cancel your training sessions
• Send SMS notifications related to your bookings (see SMS section below)
• Contact you if William needs to reach out about a scheduled session
• Improve our booking experience (aggregated analytics only)

3. SMS / Text Messaging

When you check the SMS consent box on the booking form, you opt in to receive transactional text messages from Will Power Fitness Factory related to your appointments (booking confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and cancellations). Message frequency: up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

4. How We Share Information

We share your information only with the following service providers, and only for the purpose of operating the booking and messaging program:

• Twilio — for sending SMS confirmations and reminders to your phone number
• Supabase — for storing your booking and contact records securely
• Vercel — for hosting the booking website
• Google Analytics — for aggregate site usage statistics

We never sell your personal information. We never share your phone number or SMS data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We keep your booking and contact information for as long as you remain an active client, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. You may request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us at willpowerfitnessfactory@gmail.com.

6. Your Choices

• SMS opt-out — reply STOP to any of our text messages
• Email contact — email us at willpowerfitnessfactory@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information
• Analytics opt-out — use your browser's "Do Not Track" setting or a tool like the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the booking site or via SMS.
