1. Program Description
The Will Power Fitness Factory SMS program sends transactional text messages to clients who book personal training sessions through book.willpowerfitnessfactory.com. Messages include booking confirmations, 24-hour reminders, 1-hour reminders, reschedules, cancellations, and replies to keywords like WILL.
This program is operated by Will Power Fitness Factory, c/o The Flex Facility, St. Louis, MO, in partnership with GoElev8.AI for software, and Twilio for message delivery.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in to receive messages from us by checking the SMS consent box on the booking form at book.willpowerfitnessfactory.com and submitting your booking, or by texting the keyword WILL to 1-877-515-3539.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can still book a training session without opting in to SMS — just call or text 1-877-515-3539. However, SMS confirmations and reminders will not be sent if you do not opt in.
3. Message Frequency
You will receive up to 10 messages per month based on your booking activity. Typical messaging volume is 2–4 messages per booked session (confirmation + reminders + any reschedule/cancel).
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Will Power Fitness Factory does not charge for sending messages. Please contact your wireless provider for details on your plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL to any of our text messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages from this program.
To re-subscribe later, text WILL to 1-877-515-3539 or check the SMS consent box on a new booking.

7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your phone number, SMS opt-in status, or SMS content to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
We only share your information with the service providers we use to operate the booking and messaging program (Twilio for SMS delivery, Supabase for record storage, Vercel for hosting). For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the booking site or via SMS.
